Payments
I except payments from all major debit/credit cards through the secure PayPal system
 
I can also except payments from cheque and postal order, just email me you order and address details.

Shipping and Handling

I aim to dispatch all goods within 7 working days.  However if a customer has placed an order for a customised or bespoke design then please allow 28 days for the creation and delivery of the item.

 

UK

Postage will be charged at £2.50 for all uk orders and will be sent first class via the Royal Mail. Any orders over 25.00 will be sent free of charge.

 

Returns

I am happy to exchange or refund any item in a saleable condition returned to me, within 14 days. Please email mail@jewelledbeauty.co.uk.

I cannot refund customised or bespoke designs.

The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.  Postage of the original order will not be refunded.

Please note that in light of hygiene, earrings cannot be refunded.

 

Repairs

Sometimes jewellery may need to be repaired due to wear and tear.  I am happy to repair any jewellery free of charge if the breakage is due to workmanship.  If not then a small fee maybe charged, please contact me for further details.
